FlipChips.com creator, George Riley, started the website back in 2000 and retired from actively operating it in November, 2011.   After being an advocate of the site and collaborating with George throughout the years, Finetech has assumed the responsibility for the management and ongoing development of FlipChips.com.
The mission of the site is be a centralized source for engineers, researchers, manufacturing staff and others involved in flip chip and related technologies — to educate through tutorials, photos and video, as well as to be a platform for connecting users to the flip chip and advanced packaging segments.
