“Low Temperature Flip Chip for Flexible Displays,” is an extended abstract by J. Vanfleteren, B. Vandecasteele, and T. Podprocky of a paper to be presented at EPTC 2002. It describes and presents test results for a process which uses a combination of conductive and non-conductive adhesives for assembly of display drivers to flexible displays.
